We take pride in the fact that all our sauces and rubs are made from scratch, in house.  Our chicken is brined.  Our pork and beef are dry-rubbed overnight and we use apple wood for our boneless pork butts and hickory for our poultry and brisket.  Then we slowly smoke our meats and vegetables to perfection.  In short, we work very hard to create a unique  BBQ experience.  We think our bbq is awesome!
