We typically have two types of orders. Either its a delivery/pick up order for customers and that would read as follows:  
 
A typical CUSTOMER order would read as follows:

My name is Frank and I need to pick up at 11am the following order.       
                                               1 Brisket Platter w/ cornbread.
                                               2 Full Rack Smoked Ribs
                                               1 bbq chick leg quarter w
                                               2 Mac and cheese
                                               1 Spicy sweet mashed potato.
                                               7 lemonades

Chris would reply to the order in a timely and efficient manner confirming the details.  
A typical CLIENT order for CATERING would read as follows:
# of people, 
time of delivery, 
address, 
whether a cold menu or hot menu is desired.  
Send text to 201-606-5703 and then Chris will contact you shortly thereafter to discuss details and confirm.
                 
EXAMPLE of CATERING ORDER:
                  I need catering tomorrow for 18 people- Spanish
                 spread- Noon set up- going to LI Hospital 
                 334 Hicks St., Brooklyn, NY - Oncology-
                 Contact: Julie at 718-000-0000.

Free delivery in downtown Jersey City and Hoboken and hours for our BBQ location in Jersey City is 11am to 9pm- there is a $20 minimum order.  Please expect to allow 30-45min for preparation and delivery time.  Feel free to place your order as early as you like so we can have your food ready at the time you need it.  Also please see our "order by the tray" page  if you have 5 or more people looking to order because it may be a cheaper approach.  Thanks and we look forward to serving you.
